Handsets not using ZTP

Handsets that haven’t been purchased through IPCortex won’t be configured to use zero touch provisioning and will need manual configuration to start the provisioning process.
Note: Handsets that haven’t been purchased through IPCortex my incur a configuration charge.
Yealink
- Plug the phone, Internet socket, into a network port with a network cable.
- Once the phone has booted, press the OK button to get the status screen.
- Make a note of the IPv4: address.
- Browse to http://address and login with the default username (admin) and password (admin).
- Navigate to Settings → Auto Provision.
- Set PNP Active to Off.
- Set DHCP Active to Off.
- Fill in Server URL: (
http://yealink.hosted.ipcortex.com/
) - Click Confirm and restart the handset.
Polycom
- Plug the phone, Internet socket, into a network port with a network cable.
- Navigate to the network status screen by pressing the Home button → Settings → Status → Network → TCP/IP Parameters.
- Make a note of the IP: address.
- Browse to https://address and login with the default username (Admin) and password (456).
- Navigate to Settings → Provisioning Server.
- Set Server Type to HTTPS.
- Fill in Server Address (provision.hosted.ipcortex.com)
- Click Save and restart the handset.
Snom
- Plug the phone, NET socket, into a network port with a network cable.
- Enter the language, time zone and tone scheme, next you will be presented with a welcome screen.
- Press the up arrow.
- Make a note of the IP Adr: address.
- Browse to http://address.
- Navigate to Advanced → Update.
- Fill in Setting URL: (
https://provision.hosted.ipcortex.com/
) - Set PnP Config: to off.
- Click Apply and restart the handset.
Once complete please contact IPCortex support with a list of MAC addresses for the handsets to be authorised.
