The IPCortex CRM Connect application for Windows computers enables an IP Cortex PBX to interface to a broad library of CRM systems. Licences are provided via the reseller for a specific user and PBX, and the end user needs to download the application to their machine via the following link.
Functionality supported includes both facilitation of the opening of the relevant CRM record for all incoming calls, click-to-dial functionality from the CRM application or a browser session for outbound calls, and Automatic/manual logging of calls into the CRM for the mainstream CRMs.
